Dr. Sameer Bhalotra is the Co-founder & CEO of ActZero, a security company based in San Francisco, California. He previously worked in cybersecurity at Google and as a Board member of numerous security startups. In government, he served as Senior Director for Cybersecurity on the National Security Council staff at the White House, Cybersecurity & Technology Lead for the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, and in various roles in the Intelligence Community. He is affiliated with the US Secret Service Cyber Investigations Advisory Board, US State Department Foreign Affairs Policy Board, Center for Strategic and International Studies, Stanford University's Center for International Security and Cooperation, and Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government. He holds a Ph.D in Applied Physics focused on quantum tech & photonics from Stanford University, and a B.A. in Physics & Chemistry focused on lasers & electronics from Harvard University.

Tal Zamir is a seasoned executive recruiter with over 10 years of experience in the field and over 25 years as an entrepreneur and startup operator in New York, Washington, and San Francisco. With a current focus on national security technology, Tal has played a pivotal role in growing the leadership teams at multiple growth stage companies, including ActZero, StackRox, and Saildrone. Currently, Tal is Head of Lightbridge Talent, focused on quantum technology companies, and the Managing Partner of Spring Search Group. Known for a meticulous approach to talent acquisition, Tal Zamir specializes in deep research, identifying best-in-class candidates, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and offering a collaborative approach to clients. Tal holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Co-Founder & Senior Advisor

Jonah Force Hill is Senior Advisor at The LightBridge Group.  He is also Head of Federal Business Development and Government Affairs at Xanadu, a full-stack quantum computing company.  From 2021-2023, he served as the Director for Cybersecurity and Emerging Technology on the staff of the National Security Council at the White House, where he directed, among other presidential priorities, President Biden's national security memorandum on quantum computing.  Prior to joining the White House, he served as Head of Cyber Policy at the U.S. Secret Service and Senior Specialist for Technology and International Affairs at the U.S. Department of Commerce.  He maintains affiliations at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) and the Council on Foreign Relations, and holds an MTS and MPP from Harvard University and a BA from UCLA.
